  • If you want to improve your life, you can. Your life will be better than it would be otherwise if you live more intentionally. Guaranteed!
  • If change is coming your way—whether you want it or not—or you are entering a new season in your life, living intentionally will help.
  • If busyness and frustration are keeping you distracted or your choices and habits are slowing you down, learn to be more intentional.

You can use the material in the Online Toolkit on “Living Intentionally to Change Your Life” to take positive steps (PACES) in these 5 areas:

  • Building relationships and getting helpConnection comes from investing in relationships with others and God versus being isolated.
  • Making good choices to live life betterEducation on how real life works will help you make wise decisions versus being uninformed.
  • Having a plan and taking small steps Steps you plan and take purposefully will change your life a day at a time to avoid being stuck.

How to Use the Online Toolkit on “Living Intentionally”

You can scan the resources in the Online Toolkit and pick whichever “tools” fit your needs at the moment by viewing a short video or article.

You will encounter greater life change if you go through the Online Toolkit in order. Consider your overall well-being emotionally, mentally, spiritually, socially, and physically. Or if you prefer, you can use the toolkit to become more intentional in a particular area of your life.

At the bottom of the Online Toolkit are 2 supporting resources you can download and print that you may find helpful as you use the material. There is also a video that provides an end-to-end view of how living intentionally lessens our problems and makes life better.

Here are 5 steps you can take to use the Online Toolkit to help you live more intentionally:

  1. Learn – In each of the 5 chapters, watch the 2 one-minute videos and read the short article.
  2. Prioritize – Pick 1 of the 3 steps in each article and list 1 action to get started making progress.
  3. Dive deeper – Scan the list of supporting articles and check out any you feel will be useful to you.
  4. Capture a plan – Answer the 4 questions at the end of each chapter. Gather all your notes in 1 place.
  5. Take small steps – Look at your answers weekly the next month and adjust your plans as you see fit.

We’ll close with some bad news and some good news. The bad news is that you and your life will never be perfect, and you will still have problems and face trials along the way. The good news is your life will be better than it would be otherwise if you live more intentionally.

You don’t have to change your life all at once. You can learn to live life better and find more peace, joy, and purpose one step at a time.

Question: Do you want your life to have more peace, joy, and purpose AND are you willing to take steps for that to happen?

Next right steps: Calendar time to use the Online Toolkit to build a plan and please complete the short survey at the end.
