Thank You and Next Steps

Recently, many of you helped us make decisions that will take STEPS Ministries to a new level.

We will relaunch this blog soon with video and podcast content and an exciting new content portal on the website. These changes will help us reach more people and serve them more effectively.

Many of you shared your feedback with us. That was extremely helpful, thank you! We tested two videos and a podcast, and you rated each from 0-to-10 (10 = great). It was awesome to see that the response for all of them was over 8 out of 10! But we will make some changes based on your input.

Next Steps with Videos, a Podcast, and More

We tested a 5-minute video featuring short clips and images. You liked it, but some asked that it be shorter, and you suggested having some variety. We will make those changes moving forward.

Here was that 5-minute version of the video: “What Every Teenager Needs to Hear.”

We also tested a 1-minute video with a summary of that week’s blog article. That format seemed to work well, and here is what that one looked like: “Five Top Ways to Relieve Stress.”

The podcast got the highest rating of all, so each week there will be a text and an audio version of the blog. Here is the one you gave feedback on: “Understanding High-Functioning Alcoholics.”

And we’ll be using more of your suggestions, as well a different set of artwork for the podcast …

These and other interesting forms of content will be featured on an easy-to-use portal on the website, and we will be sharing that with you soon. This new content portal and blog will be offered to many more people through a ramped up communication outreach campaign. Together, these new capabilities herald a leap-ahead advancement for the mission of STEPS Ministries.

These changes will help us get more content to more people in the way they want to consume it. By reaching people where they are and communicating to them in the ways they like, we can help more of them improve their lives, grow closer to God, and prevent addiction.

Your feedback and ideas are helping us take a big step forward. For that, we say, “Thank you!”
