STEPS Ministries is now in a 100% safe-working mode. Team members work from home on content and digital marketing projects and communicate electronically.
We are looking for interns, volunteers, and contractors for content production, online education, digital marketing, and other roles now and for the future. Please help by:
Connecting us to someone: These roles provide great learning and experience that can enhance anyone’s resume and career opportunities. This could be a weekly commitment of 2-to-5 hours for any skill level, and there are also some one-time opportunities for people with deep enough skills to consult with our organization.
Making an In-Kind Contribution: Companies or organizations can help prevent addiction by giving just a few hours per week of an employee’s time as an In-Kind charitable donation for them to work with STEPS Ministries, even for a few months.
Sponsoring a position: You or your organization can help us reach more people faster by sponsoring a contractor position for $250 per month for a 4-hour-per-week position. Your support of $1000 per month staffs someone to handle several roles.
These part-time roles are a good fit for college students, young professionals, stay-at-home spouses, retirees, people in quarantine with more time available, someone recently laid off, or anyone with a few hours a week willing to help our ministry.
Skills that can help us help others include: (a) social media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube); (b) digital advertising (Facebook, Google); (c) email marketing; (d) website development (WordPress); (e) video filming, editing, and consulting; (f) podcast production and marketing; (g) online course creation and marketing (Kajabi); (h) webinars; (i) CRM; (j) curriculum development; (k) content research; (l) writing and copy writing; (m) bookkeeping (QuickBooks); (n) foundation and grant research and writing applications; and (o) serving as a virtual assistant.
